Traffic on 132 Avenue Opening Soon to One Lane Passenger Traffic

Grande Prairie City Council has announced that 132 Avenue will soon be opening to one lane of passenger traffic. This is a major development for the city, as 132 Avenue is a major thoroughfare that has been closed for repairs for several months.

The opening of 132 Avenue will help to improve traffic flow in the city and will make it easier for residents to get around. The city is still working on repairing the other lane of 132 Avenue, but it is expected to be open by the end of the summer.

In addition to the opening of 132 Avenue, the city council also discussed a number of other issues at its meeting on July 15, 2024. These issues included:
