Early Life and Career

Alizé Cornet was born on January 22, 1990, in Nice, France. She began playing tennis at the age of four and turned professional in 2006. In her early career, she won several junior titles and gradually rose through the WTA rankings.

Grand Slam Performances

Cornet has participated in numerous Grand Slam tournaments throughout her career. Her most notable performances include reaching the quarterfinals of the 2022 French Open, making her the first French woman to reach the quarterfinals of a Grand Slam tournament since Marion Bartoli in 2011.

WTA Tour Titles

Cornet has won a total of six singles titles and three doubles titles on the WTA Tour.
